Caroline Bombardier-Marcotte

Caroline’s journey with Chez Soie Dentisterie is rooted in a long-standing family connection to the clinic. From a young age, she worked alongside her father, Dr. Réjean Marcotte, supporting the team with various administrative and front-desk–related tasks.

For many years, her mother oversaw employee management. After exploring a multidisciplinary field of study, Caroline naturally returned to the clinic and gradually developed strong expertise in dental practice management. With a genuine interest in accounting and financial administration, she stepped in to manage her father’s practice, assuming responsibilities previously held by her mother for several years.

When Dr. Marcotte entrusted the clinic to his nephew, Dr. Justin Bombardier, continuity was a natural choice. Caroline remained with the team and now leads the clinic’s financial operations, contributing through her precision, consistency, and in-depth knowledge of the practice.
